Stock order principals:

Our stock orders during the racing season will be every 2 months and is shipped by boat if you are not sure of when the stock order leaves for your back order items please confirm with us before placing order.

Off season stock order will be put in end of January and end of march.

Please allow 30 to 40 days for the stock order to arrive at our shop.

Example if a stock order is put in the 31st of January the latest receive date would be 40 days from that date , there can be delays which are out of our hands

Where we ship:
We ship to the 48 contiguous Unites States, Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship anywhere in Canada. We ship internationally also!

Standard Ground Shipping:
Usually takes 7-9 Business days for shipments to be delivered in Canada after your order has been processed and the parts in stock.

3-Day:
Usually takes 3 Business days for shipments to be delivered in Canada after your order has been processed.

2-Day:
Usually takes 2 Business days for shipments to be delivered in Canada after your order has been processed.

1-Day:
Usually takes 1 Business days for shipments to be delivered in Canada after your order has been processed.

Priority Mail International:
Usually takes 5-10 Business days for shipments to be delivered outside the Contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.

Express Mail International:
Usually takes 3-7 business days for shipments to be delivered outside the contiguous U.S. after your order has been processed.

Taxes, Duties and Fees
It is the responsibility of the Customer to pay all applicable taxes, duties and fees associated with International shipments.

Free Shipping:
Free Shipping does not apply to international or over sized orders. And is parts are in stock will be usually delivered within 3 business days of the order, rare exceptions can happen such as delays regarding payment processing which are out of our control and package processing otherwise, back order dates apply!

Shipping insurance :

The basic insurance coverage is 100$ that comes with any shipping option except the non trackable and non insurable shipping options mainly for international orders you can purchase more insurance by following this link : https://dmjracing.com/product/shipping-insurance/

How to calculate shipping:
Shipping prices can be calculated in your shopping cart.
1) Add an item or items to your Shopping Cart
2) Enter your Postal/ Zip Code
3) Click “Calculate Shipping”
You can then view your shipping options and prices.

All orders are processed Monday – Friday between 9 a.m.and 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Shipments are only delivered on business days. If a shipping option is the same price as the customers selected option and will arrive sooner this option will be chosen over the customer preferred shipping option.

You can store multiple shipping addresses in your address book for easier shopping and checkout. We currently use Canada post, UPS and all other major shipping companies to ship all orders domestic and international. We may also ship with other companies then otherwise selected by you the customer, if the shipping delay is the same.

The shipping date and time estimate at checkout only applies to in stock items if you part is back order please check with us before ordering as back orders vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. We reserve the right to keep your payment for back ordered items which are put in our stock orders.
